Premier International Foods—Premier International Ministry

At 5:30 PM on November 8, 2012, the The Charleston Port & Seafarers’ Society (ChaPSS) brings a “Taste of the World” to Alhambra Hall in the Old Village, Mt. Pleasant, SC.

”Taste of the World” is the major, annual fund-raising event in support of ChaPSS, which is a non-profit ministry that assists thousands of international seafarers who come through the Port of Charleston annually after being months out at sea and thousands of miles from home.

This event provided an opportunity for over 200 friends of ChaPSS to sample a variety of international foods from some of Charleston’s best restaurants.

ChaPSS carries on a ministry that started in Charleston in 1820
